With the new battery installed, you can now reinstall the hard drive. Simply plug the ribbon cable back into the circuit board and then press the black tab back into place to secure it.
Now, fold the ribbon cable over and replace the foil. Be sure to press the foil down firmly so that it makes good contact with the circuit board.
With the foil in place, you can now reinstall the top cover. Be sure to align the holes before screwing it back into place.
