One way to do this is to keep an eye on your battery life, and make sure you’re not running low. There are a few different ways to check your battery life, and I’m here to walk you through them.

To check the battery status of your Oculus Rift S or Rift, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Oculus app on your PC. 2. Select Devices from the left menu. 3. Select your Rift S or Rift from the Devices menu. 4. Scroll down and select Battery from the Device Settings menu.
Here you will be able to see the current battery level of your Rift S or Rift. If the battery level is low, you can connect your Rift S or Rift to your PC using the included USB cable to charge it.

How Do I Check The Battery On My Oculus 2?
It’s easy to check the battery level on your Oculus 2 headset – just look for the headset icon in the top right corner of the screen. If the icon is replaced by your headset with Elite Strap + Battery icon, then you’re seeing the combined battery level. You can also hover over the icon to see a breakdown of battery levels for your headset and Elite strap + Battery.
Additionally, If you have the Elite Strap + Battery, your headset will show the combined battery level. This means that the battery level for your headset and the Elite Strap + Battery will be shown together. You can also see a breakdown of the battery levels for each by hovering over the icon.
How Do I Know If My Oculus Is Charged?
It’s easy to tell when your Oculus is charging – just look at the charging indicator. When you first plug in the charging cord, the indicator will be orange. Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator will turn green. So there you have it – now you know how to tell if your Oculus is charged and ready to go!
Also, To charge your headset, plug the charging cord into a power source and into the USB-C port on the left side of the headset. The charging indicator will change from orange to green when the battery’s fully charged.
How Do You Check The Battery Life On A Quest 2 Controller?

So, if you’re looking to maximize your battery life, it’s best to dim your screen and avoid playing graphics-intensive games. With that said, even if you do everything right, you can still only expect around three hours of battery life from the Oculus Quest 2.
Of course, this is still better than some other VR headsets on the market, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning on using your Oculus Quest 2 for extended periods of time.
Besides this, The Oculus Quest 2 is a great standalone VR headset. However, its battery life isn’t the greatest. Depending on what you’re doing, you can expect between two and three hours of battery on a full charge.
